Quick hydration drink Recipe. Makes 1 gallon!!! Remember, THIS DOES NOT REPLACE DRINKG WATER!!!!!!
Ingredients:
4-6 c. Coconut Water
4-6 c. 100% Fruit Juice (Your Choice)
6-8 c. Water
1/2 t. Fine Pink Salt
1/4 c. Fresh Lemon Juice
I took the liberty to add some BCAAs to mine to help with overall recovery.
Combine and enjoy hydration.
Its simple, quick and cheap!!!
