📱 iPhone Users — Important Update for Hearing Device Connectivity! 📱

We’ve had a number of patients experiencing Bluetooth issues with their hearing devices, and we’ve discovered the cause:
👉 Their iPhones have not been updated to the latest iOS 18 software.

If you’re noticing dropped connections, poor streaming, or your hearing aids disconnecting, please update your phone by following these steps:

1. Go to Settings

2. Tap General

3. Tap Software Update

4. If an update is available (iOS 18.7.2), tap Download and Install

Updating your iPhone should resolve the Bluetooth-related issues. If you continue having problems after updating, feel free to call our office — we’re always happy to help!
