We all are Energy ✨️ and we all carry a vibration. Understanding what energy or what vibration you are emitting is something some people learn later in life or not at all.

Attracting what you want is through your own energy. 💫 This is something I have been working on. I am also trying to teach my kids. I encourage them to change their perspective. 🙃 Especially with school. I encourage them to find something they like in school and enjoy going to school for that reason. Then eventually you will gradually like it more and more.

This brings me to today...

While shifting how I explain this to my son, I asked him to find a time in the past that brought him pure happiness. Something that brings an instant smile to his face. 😁 When he found it, I encouraged him to remember that feeling while he was sitting in AP Geography today. To teach himself to have that feeling even in places that isn't his favorite. If you can start training yourself to have that feeling even in geography, then eventually you can have that feeling more and more. 💜

We all have that capability.

Go throughout the day with that energy. That feeling of pure happiness. If you lose it for some reason, take a breath and bring yourself back and continue on your day.

If you have gotten this far.... the best part!!! After my son got out of the car, the perfect song came on. It almost brought me to tears! Happy tears. 😂 Call it the algorithm or Pandora listening to us! I believe it is the universe telling me I am right on track! Either way, perfect timing. 💗

What a good way to start the day. I am going to carry that energy throughout the day!

Start each day with that feeling of pure happiness and see where it takes you.
