Stable-ity™ Therapy Program **NEW DATES ADDED** REGISTER ON LINK

Individuals who are searching for new strategies to cope with life’s many challenges can benefit from this group. The topic of each group changes throughout the year, and some themes have been: coping with anxiety and depression, building communication, and healing trauma or grief. Stable-ity is a group for adults that combines a non-traditional equine experience with psychoeducation and emotional support. Stable-ity includes non-mounted work with horses, and it is facilitated by licensed therapists and equine specialists. Through our partnership with NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illness) we are able to reach local community members to provide this valuable service. Sessions are held on Mondays from 6:00-7:30 - ADULTS

Dates: 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16

6:00 - 7:30 pm Cost: $320

Last week we celebrated Colette Collins and her retirement after 17 years of service to Equestrian Connection. She made a significant difference in the lives of hundreds of people here and is leaving a legacy. We will miss her greatly, but being the kind and generous person she is, we are grateful she will continue to help from time to time. Thank you!
