I’ve been up since 4 so already had my and cayenne pepper shot and had a hankering for juice so I added some that I have to it too. Pineapple is incredible at de-bloating you so why not make some pineapple juice on juice day to get even greater results??? Staying in the cleanse for 6 more days but what a difference in how you feel by the time you reach day 9…truly unbelievable! Now it’s time to go chill in the infrared sauna and further detox…. ✌🏼😎
