From Skinny Teen to Health Pioneer

Before Dr. Don Colbert became one of America’s leading voices in health and wellness, he was an 18-year-old determined to transform his body and mind.

In this 1975 Scott County Times newspaper, “Buzz” Colbert of Morton, Mississippi, shared how he went from being a 135-pound “picked-on” basketball player to a 192-pound athlete through determination, nutrition, and discipline.

He studied exercise, diet, and strength - decades before becoming the doctor who’s helped millions reclaim their health naturally.
