Good morning everyone. I hope you had a wonderful weekend.
It seems that we are back to summer. Quite a warm week ahead of us. Consequently we will close at 3 pm this week.
Besides , just wanted to let you know we still have some pot pies along with a few soups at reduced priced.
Looking forward to see you. And do not hesitate to tell us which soup is good or less good, which soup you would like to see/have.

Good morning Soup Nation! As we step into September, we're thrilled to kick off the fall soup season. We hope you had a rejuvenating summer and are now ready to cozy up with our returning favorites this week: MUSHROOM BISQUE, BUTTERNUT SQUASH, and CREAMY GARLIC CHICKEN. Last week we already reintroduced SPLIT PEA WITH HAM, CLAM CHOWDER, and BROCCOLI CHEDDAR

We are also introducing our new MISO soup.

And our beloved CHICKEN POT PIES make a comeback this Friday!!

As some of us reajust to ther new school schedule with our kiddos, we'll be closing at 3pm This week only. Next week we will be resuming our regular hours next week. Here's to a fantastic fall season - we can't wait to see you all!

Swedish style blueberry soup! Low sugar (maple syrup), gluten-free (potato starch), and flavorful (notes of cinnamon and cardamom) topped with a dollop of Greek yogurt 😋 Delicious and refreshing!

As we are celebrating blueberry harvest in Michigan, Professor Soups is introducing a Swedish blueberry soup, also known as "Blabarssoppa". It can be enjoyed warm or cold, for breakfast or dessert. In Sweden, it is traditionally made with the native bilberries, and as it is energy-rich, it is served to participants of the annual 90 km Vasaloppet ski marathon.

Paninis available today!!!! In the picture the grilled cheese panini ( vermont cheddar, onion, granny smith apple). Just simple and delicious. $5. It goes well with a soup or a salad.

Hello Soup Nation! A few pieces of information I would like to share with you.

1. As you know we are selling 4 types of salads now (price between $11 and $12).

2. Starting tomorrow we will have 4 type of paninis for sale!! ( I have been tasting then for 1 week. There are delicious:) ). And we have a GLUTEN FREE OPTION for each paninis! ( price starts at $5).

3. We will have a more limited option for the soups for the summer time. (Only 7 or 8 soups weekly) (and only for the summer season).

4. We will also have reduced hours starting now until August 15th. WE WILL BE CLOSING DAILY AT 3 PM. So from now till August 15th, we will be open Monday till Friday from 10:30am till 3:00 pm.
