If you’re always feeling tight, it’s probably not because your muscles are “too short”… it’s because your body doesn’t feel SAFE or strong in that range.
That’s where mobility training comes in and it makes a BIG difference, especially as we age.
Instead of just hanging out in a stretch, I’m using blocks and light weights here to teach my body how to actually use that range of motion. Because flexibility without strength just doesn’t stick.
