I didn’t always love running — especially longer efforts. 🏃‍♂️

If I’m being honest, it was something I avoided for a long time.

But track days have quietly become one of the most valuable tools in my training — physically and mentally.

Why? 👇

Track days create clarity.
Known distances.
Planned rest.
Intentional pacing.

Instead of just “getting tired,” you’re training specific systems. 🧠⚙️

Some days are aerobic.
Some days are anaerobic.

Both matter.

For most people, conditioning turns into something they endure rather than something they train.

The track flips that.

You learn how to regulate effort.
How to stay composed when it gets uncomfortable.
How to build an engine that supports everything else you do in the gym.
