Bubbles are an excellent way to help children develop visual skills. We are not born with the visual skills we need for learning, including the skills to fix, follow, track, focus, converge, diverge and so on. These skills need to develop over time. How well children develop visual skills, from the earliest months of life, will help them learn now as well as later at school. Because bubbles are both eye catching and slow moving they are a great way to help little ones learn and develop these skills.

Martin Luther King continually asked: “What are you doing for others?”, and so today is a day to volunteer our time and efforts to give back to our communities, getting involved in soup kitchens, clean-ups, visiting isolated people, or even virtual volunteering.

It also a day to think about equal rights for all American citizens. Is a day to teach our children about what Martin Luther King did for civil rights.

It's a chance to reflect, honor, and celebrate Dr. King's legacy.
