Even if your child THINKS they may would like to play a sport, let them go ahead and get a FREE sports physical while we are preforming them at the school. After this day they will need an appointment at the office and they are $35. **Also PLEASE fill out EACH page completely, and yes that includes their name on each page!

The office will be closed from today (Wednesday the 4th) at 12pm through Tuesday October 10th and will reopen Wednesday the 11th at 8:30am. If you need a refill on your medication please contact your pharmacy.
