***FREE YOGA!***

From • We want to make trauma-sensitive yoga available to all. Our mission is to support students with this style of yoga. We know many students will feel safer with folks with similar lived experiences..... so we offer scholarships for any POC or LGBTQ+ individuals to practice online for free.
We also offer free memberships to those struggling with the hit the pandemic has put on the economy.

We are so excited that .abbey sold out of tickets for this year’s Samhain Blue Moon Yoga Retreat in beautiful Divide, CO.
Rebekah () will lead the ceremonies, Mona Lisa () will lead the first practice upon arrival and Jemi () will feed our bellies and lead us in morning practice.
Even in an ever-changing, uncomfortable climate, we are still drawn to commune, connect and reflect... and for that, we are thankful.

After yoga we had the pleasure to shop with and other products from the Tool Shop. The creators treated us to samples and helpful information on how to incorporate our new goodies into our wellness routines.

Our first wellness pop-up at Blackbird Abbey began with an all-levels flow class from . Fresh air, warm weather and human connection made the practice that much better.
