We’re honored and thrilled to share some BIG news!

For the third year in a row, Unified Health Associates has been recognized in Antelope Valley’s Best — and this year, we’re celebrating double the honor!

Dr. Pejman Mansourian has been named Antelope Valley’s Best in Internal Medicine, and Dr. Misbah Palla has been named Antelope Valley’s Best in Family Medicine for 2025!

Both Dr. Mansourian and Dr. Palla have been proudly serving the Lancaster and Palmdale communities as trusted primary care providers since 2023. Their commitment to compassionate, expert care extends beyond the clinic — they’ve each dedicated years as hospitalists at Antelope Valley Medical Center, bringing skill and heart to every patient interaction.

We’re beyond proud to have them on our team and even more grateful to our amazing community for recognizing their excellence.

Meet Dr. Pejman Mansourian, a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician at Unified Health Associates in Lancaster, CA. A graduate of the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine, Dr. Mansourian completed his residency at UCLA before serving as a hospitalist at Antelope Valley Medical Center. He’s earned multiple teaching awards and now plays key leadership roles at AVMC, including Chairman of Quality Care and Vice Chair of the Department of Medicine. Fluent in English, Farsi, and Spanish, Dr. Mansourian is passionate about building lasting patient relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, barbecuing with family, and watching soccer. Now accepting new patients!

Meet Dr. Misbah Y. Palla, a board-certified family medicine physician at Unified Health Associates in Lancaster, CA. Known for his warm and personable approach, Dr. Palla builds strong, lasting relationships with his patients and provides thoughtful care at every stage of life. In addition to outpatient care, he’s part of the hospitalist team at Antelope Valley Medical Center and serves on the hospital’s Peer Review Committee.

He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his residency at the University of Minnesota. Outside the clinic, Dr. Palla loves swimming, beach days, watching football with friends, and exploring new restaurants and countries with his wife.

Fun fact: Dr. Palla has visited 10 countries in the last two years and continues to add to his list!

Dr. Palla is now accepting new patients!
