I love this photo of Emma, because I know how she got to the place of being able to experience this awesome adventure…

➡️ She took a risk travelling with a new group of people🗺️

By doing hard things, she has allowed herself to live out the trip of a lifetime & start 2026 feeling fulfilled & refreshed 🌲😊

2025 was one heck of a year, and I am so grateful for all of you who made it an incredible one ✨

Thank you to all those who have trusted me with your health. I know you have lots of options when it comes to physical therapy, rehabbing pain and injuries, and seeking continued support in coaching or wellness care. I love getting the opportunity to serve you & help you reach your goals and live healthy & fulfilling lives. It is the greatest privilege & joy to be on your team! 👊

Shout out to the Track Tuesday squad and all the runners and individuals I’ve gotten the opportunity to coach this year. None of this can happen without your consistency, hard work, and desire to grow and connect with one another. Y’all are the best. 💪🏃‍♀️🏃💨

Finally, thank you to my support system … from family to friends to clients, thank you for your continued encouragement and support in pursuing this practice. 🤍
