Just because the ideas or experiences in the slides above are COMMON in runners, doesn’t mean they’re HEALTHY 🤷♀️
The truth is:
• Getting help with pain/injury will make running more enjoyable. 😎
• Eating enough for what you’re asking your body to do helps you perform, recover, and allows your systems to function effectively. 🍎🍝🥙
• Lifting weights makes you strong and resilient. 💪
• Pace variation is helpful for improving performance and getting adequate rest. 🏃🏃♀️💨
