Just because the ideas or experiences in the slides above are COMMON in runners, doesn’t mean they’re HEALTHY 🤷‍♀️

The truth is:

• Getting help with pain/injury will make running more enjoyable. 😎

• Eating enough for what you’re asking your body to do helps you perform, recover, and allows your systems to function effectively. 🍎🍝🥙

• Lifting weights makes you strong and resilient. 💪

• Pace variation is helpful for improving performance and getting adequate rest. 🏃🏃‍♀️💨

Do you struggle with any of these experiences or perspectives? Shoot me a DM or set up a discovery call & let’s chat! 📲

One of the first things I talk to my runners about is a consistent strength program 💪💪💪

It can be hard to find a good rhythm with both strength/ plyometric work AND running, but I promise you I have helped many people figure out what works best for them. It doesn’t have to be complicated (or long!!!) to be effective…a little can go a long way!

Having trouble with recurring injuries or struggling to figure out a good routine? You’re in the right place. Shoot me a message or set up a discovery call today to see if we’re a good fit to keep you running strong throughout your lifetime 💪💪💪

Happy running! 🏃🏃‍♀️💨

My opinion on Lindsey Vonn’s return to the Olympics?? ⛷️🇺🇸

• there is always risk to Olympic competition regardless of age or injury 🤷‍♀️
• Lindsey was highly trained & prepared to compete even with an injury
• her strength and resilience gave her the option to compete with a ruptured ACL. If anyone could do it, it’s her.
• her completion of fast practice runs made her return to the Olympics a success and demonstrated her crazy strength
• her crash did not have to do with her ACL injury
• she is a great example of courage, tenacity, and resilience 💪

Lindsey didn’t let her diagnosis dictate her decision to compete. She overcame pain and injury to do what she loved. She knew she had the ability, and she took a calculated risk in continuing her dream as an Olympian.

My opinion? Her perspective IS her success in the 2026 Winter Olympic Games. 💪

“What do you do for work?”

“What do you do with your friends?”

“What do you do to relax?”

Not a day goes by where I’m not thankful to be able to move my body and do the things I love!

Does this sound like you?? You’re in the right place, friend 🤝😎
