The truth is:

โ€ข Getting help with pain/injury will make running more enjoyable. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

โ€ข Eating enough for what youโ€™re asking your body to do helps you perform, recover, and allows your systems to function effectively. ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅ™

โ€ข Lifting weights makes you strong and resilient. ๐Ÿ’ช

โ€ข Pace variation is helpful for improving performance and getting adequate rest. ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’จ

One of the first things I talk to my runners about is a consistent strength program ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

It can be hard to find a good rhythm with both strength/ plyometric work AND running, but I promise you I have helped many people figure out what works best for them. It doesnโ€™t have to be complicated (or long!!!) to be effectiveโ€ฆa little can go a long way!
