We strive to provide classes for every body. Our classes are taught to be modified for every fitness level, from a newbie to experienced. Our love for the movement of the body comes through in the classes we teach. From our body to yours, we wish you to be Alive and Well.
Check out our classes! Currently we are offering classes in the showroom of Fairfield Woodworks, at 1612 E. Main St. Lancaster Ohio. The showroom allows ample room to spread out for social distancing with the Covid virus. We currently offer two different types of Power Classes and a Slow Flow Vinyasa. Check the Page for upcoming classes and schedule changes!
Our Classes:
Slow Power Flow is taught by Mindy. This class is structured so that you flow through poses slowly and are given opportunities to modify to your ability level. You will build heat and gain strength that will turn up your fat burning cells and provide deep release in your tissues. She finishes her class with stretching and Savasanato round out the experience.
Power Flow is taught by Rachel Boyer. Rachel has a fun contagious energy, the pace for this class is upbeat and taught to multiple levels. She keeps you moving to the energetic pop beats, you work a sweat and are given opportunities to rest and modify as needed per your level of fitness.
Slow Vinyasa Flow is taught by Mindy. This Vinyasa style flow is taught so each movement or pose flows into the next. This class is great for beginners as it gives them the opportunity to feel out each movement, with instructions given to find length, modify and breathe through each yogic posture.
We will add more classes as our yoga space expands. Keep checking in for updates as we offer more classes and teachers. Thank you for joining our Yoga Tribe.
