Kids don’t want to be distracted they want to be involved.

We live in a world full of toys that light up, screens that sing, and gadgets that promise
to “keep kids busy.” But the truth is… our kids don’t want to be kept busy…
They want to belong. They want to stir the pancake batter, water the plants, help fold
the towels (even if it takes twice as long).

They’re not craving entertainment they’re craving connection.
So next time those little hands reach in while you’re cooking or cleaning, take a deep breath and remind yourself this is them saying, “I want to be part of your world.”

Due to a few different circumstances We are doing things differently & at a divine timing pace for a while…as you may know I strive to Bring awareness to a wide variety of things & also to learn together as we all go. It’s not just about some seamoss, herbs & food, but truly about the way of life. You can’t work on one thing & not the others. That’s why the motto is healing the mind, body, & soul. There’s no one without the others or that’s when imbalance happens. The goal is to be balanced & grounded, not perfect!

I am a young mother doing all the things with little to no support—breaking generational & systematic curses, homeschooling, healing physically emotionally mentally, change of diet, herbalism, etc on top of still waking up everyday having to make the best of this life for me & my little family & still finding time for myself in the mist of it.

Moral of the story, I didn’t start ‘Good For You’ for nothing. For now we are having to take things a little “slower” with different approaches & I accepted that that’s ok. I know most have been wondering. For those who support us just hang in there & keep us uplifted & for those who continue to count us out, keep counting 🤞🏽♥️

Peace & Love to all. Stay grounded. Keep a high frequency. Stand tall, But never stand for nothing!!!

💟Lancaster area: orders must be placed by Thursday every week. Pick up/drop offs will be done Saturday or following Monday.
