March is Self-Harm Awareness Month, which is meant to help people understand self-harm, talk about it more openly, and remind those struggling that they’re not alone. You can spread awareness by sharing kind messages, learning the signs, and checking in on people you care about. Helping someone can be as simple as listening without judging and encouraging them to reach out for support, like the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Small support can make a big difference.

February is a month to bring awareness to self reflection and improving your self worth. It means taking a moment to notice how you’re doing mentally, emotionally, and physically. For example, realizing you’re overwhelmed and need a break, noticing you’ve been anxious or paying attention to signs like how you’re having trouble sleeping or staying focused. It’s about staying aware of your overall well being. Remember to take care of YOU❤️.
