A customer sent me this message today about our sea moss gel, and I donโt take words like this lightly.
I was born and raised with sea moss in my culture, and even at 92, I still see the benefits it brings my mother.
Our ancestors may not have known the science behind it, but they understood one thing: sea moss nourishes the body.

Weโve made a schedule change and will now be at Haggin Oaks Farmerโs Market on the
2nd & 4th Sundays only each month.
Sometimes you see us smiling, serving, and laughing and wouldnโt know whatโs really happening behind the scenes.
The past couple of weeks have required me to step up more as a caregiver, so this adjustment was necessary.
This shift allows me to care for my family while still showing up for this community that has always supported us.
Nothing else is changing, just our schedule.

I woke up at 3 AM with a throbbing finger I canโt explain.
No injuries, just pain.
Right now, itโs magnesium oil, Chinese liniment, K-tape, sea moss gel, turmeric ginger, trusting this is a simple heal. ๐๐พ
This is my dominant hand, so Iโm giving her the weekend to rest.
