We’ve made a schedule change and will now be at Haggin Oaks Farmer’s Market on the
2nd & 4th Sundays only each month.
Sometimes you see us smiling, serving, and laughing and wouldn’t know what’s really happening behind the scenes.
The past couple of weeks have required me to step up more as a caregiver, so this adjustment was necessary.
This shift allows me to care for my family while still showing up for this community that has always supported us.
Nothing else is changing, just our schedule.

I woke up at 3 AM with a throbbing finger I can’t explain.
No injuries, just pain.
Right now, it’s magnesium oil, Chinese liniment, K-tape, sea moss gel, turmeric ginger, trusting this is a simple heal. 🙏🏾
This is my dominant hand, so I’m giving her the weekend to rest.
No markets this weekend for us, but I’ll still be here if you need me.

All certifications have been obtained from the Love My Womb Academy, a nationally accredited and board-certified holistic health and womb wellness, education provider..onse. I walked out of the doctor’s office and took my health into my own hands. I decided to study and find a natural and holistic way to eliminate fibroids without a damn hysterectomy. I changed my diet and implemented other holistic methods and I begin to see positive changes in my cycle.

I decided to study and find a natural and holistic way to eliminate fibroids without a damn hysterectomy. I changed my diet and implemented other holistic methods and I begin to see positive changes in my cycle.
Going through my own journey has helped me grow to love and embrace women’s health and natural wellness healing practices, and inspired me to help women embrace optimal womb wellness.
