What an incredible showing from our team at the World Weightlifting Championships! 🌍🏋️‍♀️

Sharon finishing 6th, Sarah bringing home a silver medal, and Chris earning 8th place—each of these accomplishments is huge. But beyond the numbers, the real achievement is simply being on the platform at this level.

Reaching the world stage doesn’t happen by chance. It’s the product of relentless commitment to training, a lifestyle built on discipline and consistency, and the kind of expert guidance that only a coach like Russ McDonnell can provide.

We can’t get enough of this mother-daughter duo! 💥

Mom’s been a national-level Olympic weightlifter for 8 years, and now 13-year-old Ava is following in her footsteps—she just started lifting this past fall. Watching them train together is 💯.
