What does bridging the gap between the home and the senior center really look like?

Our 2025 Annual Report highlights how thousands of Delaware County seniors stayed connected, independent, and supported this past year. From meals delivered to homebound neighbors, to engaging programs at our senior centers, to guidance from our Long Term Care Department for caregivers, this report shares the impact of a community that cares.

Inside you’ll see how:
- 6,400 older adults participated in senior center programs
- Nearly 500 homebound seniors received over 130,000 meals
- Caregivers gained new resources and support through innovative programs like the Caregiver Academy
- Volunteers contributed more than 37,000 hours of service

We’re excited to welcome everyone back! All SCS senior centers and offices will reopen on Wednesday, January 28, at their regular times. Please use caution and travel safely as you make your way to our centers after the snowy weather.

Chester Senior Center – 8:30am
Friendship Circle Senior Center – 8:00am
Good Neighbor Senior Center – 9:30am
Schoolhouse Center – 8:30am
