🎃 Pumpkin Fun from Carving to Crunching! 🎃

It’s pumpkin season! 🍂 While you’re carving spooky or silly faces with the kids, don’t toss those seeds — they’re little powerhouses of nutrition! 💪

After scooping out your pumpkins, rinse the seeds, toss them with a bit of olive oil and your favorite seasoning, and roast them in the oven for about 15–20 minutes at 350°F. 🧑‍🍳
