Rich's Residential and Home Care Options is hiring reliable, compassionate Home Care Aides to support clients in the Grand Ledge/ Lansing area. If you show up on time, communicate well, and truly care about people….this is for you.

Pay
• $17.50/hr to start
Must-Haves (Please read)
• Reliability is required - consistent attendance and punctuality are nonnegotiable
• Must have your own reliable transportation to and from shifts (no ride-share dependence)
• Ability to provide respectful, compassionate care
• Comfortable following a care plan and taking direction from the office team

• Wednesday-Sunday
• 8:30am-1:30pm
• 5:30pm-10:30pm

Monday-Friday - Dementia Experience
Helpful
• 9:00am-1:00pm
• Experience working with dementia clients is very helpful (patience, redirection, calm communication)

Lansing Canal Rd Area

Tuesday-Saturday - Bed Bound Client
• 7:00am-3:00pm
• Client is bed bound; includes some personal care + companionship

Typical Duties (varies by client)
• Personal care (as needed)
• Companionship and safety monitoring
• Light housekeeping / basic support
• Following care instructions and documenting as required

We're looking for a caring, self-driven, and motivated individual to join our team at Rich's Residential and Home Care Options! This position offers 6-8 hours per day at $18/hr, with shifts available Monday through Friday and on weekends. The role includes helping with laundry, assisting with showering, and light housekeeping for our clients.
