🩵Fri 11/14: Yoga Baby Circle -HealthLinc Michigan City at 10:00am for moms and babies 2-12 months! Free + snacks, resources, and giveaways💞 Come join us and meet new mom and baby friends!
🩵Sat 11/15: Saturday Morning Yoga at 9:00am - 1️⃣opening!
And the last Postpartum Recovery® series of the year begins! It's full but January sessions are open for registration💪

So proud of these amazing mamas for showing up, for not just 6, but 7 weeks! We had such a fabulous time with this group at Postpartum Recovery, we even added a bonus week to hang out even longer!🤩💪✨️
We missed Brittany & Kristen today though🩵
I love hearing, seeing, and feeling the progress that happens with this approach and what a difference moving in a functional & supported way can make!
At PPR, we reconnect with breath, posture, alignment, core and pelvic floor, plus building strength and stability, and these ladies totally rocked it!!✨️
Thank you so much for joining me for this session, it was a blast being with you and your babies💕🥹
