It’s 3 simple steps that can offer support when you’re struggling with self doubt, limiting beliefs, or overwhelm.

Step 1 — Awareness: Notice what’s happening inside. Name it to tame it, I’m angry, scared, frustrated, etc. Notice clenching, gripping in your chest, your belly, your throat.

Step 2 — Common Humanity
Remind yourself: Being human is messy.
Everyone struggles. You are not alone in this moment. It’s our common humanity.

Step 3 — Self Kindness
Ask yourself: What do I need right now?
Maybe it’s a deep breath… a hand on my heart… or gentle words like, “It’s okay. I’m doing the best I can. This too shall pass.”

When we talk to ourself like a dear friend, everything softens and feels a little lighter.

Imagine what’s possible when you befriend yourself! 💚
