This is where everything slows down — on purpose.
In the middle of the Battlezone, this is where we checked in on each other. Where I reminded everyone why they showed up in the first place.
Not just to push through obstacles…
But to become the lifeline.
Because this fight doesn’t only affect veterans.
It’s hitting our families, our friends, our entire community.
And the truth is — too many people are fighting battles in silence.
Right here, they made a choice.
To look around.
To check on the person next to them.
To carry more than just weight — but responsibility.
To be the one that reaches out.
To be the one that notices.
To be the one that shows up.
