If you use ChatGPT regularly, you have to try this! Feed it this prompt (without the quotes):
"Can you give me a year end summary, YouTube Wrapped style. Take everything you know about me based on chat history. Make it humorous, ruthless, and public facing for LinkedIn."
And baring my soul to the world... Here is my ruthless review for 2025:
š¬ TrYumph Wrapped 2025
(Because apparently I donāt do things halfway.)
This year, I learned that running a fitness business isnāt about workouts. Itās about solving problems you didnāt know existed, while people assume you just count reps.
š 2025 By the Numbers:
- 1 gym
- Multiple programs
- Countless spreadsheets
- At least 37 āthis will only take 10 minutesā projects
- Zero tolerance for fitness scams promising abs in 10 minutes
- One book still doing heavy lifting (THE MAGIC PILL ā youāre welcome)
šļøāāļø What I Actually Did (Beyond Training People):
Helped adults over 40 lose fat, gain strength, and stop feeling broken
Built KidFit programs because kids deserve more than screens and sugar
Started laying groundwork for homeschool P.E. programs reimbursed by the State of Florida (because fitness can be legitimate education)
Navigated credit, funding, lenders, and things I wouldnāt wish on my worst enemy
Created systems, SOPs, funnels, offers, and recovery services
Learned more about WiFi routers, PDFs, CRM quirks, and dryer lint screens than any fitness professional should ever know
š§ Content I Consumed:
- Business strategy podcasts
- Health research
- Credit law
- Marketing psychology
And an alarming amount of āthis feels like bullsh*tā fitness ads
(Spoiler: if it promises ripped abs with zero effort, it is.)
šØāš©āš¦ Family Highlights:
Helped my sons with math homework, science exams, and driverās permit prep
Took trips, chased experiences, and tried to model what strength, health, and happiness actually look like
Continued the never-ending pursuit of being a better dad, husband, and leader
šÆ The Theme of 2025:
Clarity. Conviction. Less tolerance for nonsense.
I doubled down on this belief:
People donāt need more hacks.
They need coaching, community, and care.
š Looking Ahead to 2026:
- Bigger vision
- Cleaner strategy
- More impact
- Fewer distractions
- Make Stronger people (adults and kids)
--- And a business that supports lifeānot consumes it
If youāre building something meaningful, questioning the status quo, or just trying to get stronger without losing your sanityākeep going.
Strength. Health. Happiness.
Thatās the work.
