You have the option to join Monday and Wednesdays group or Tuesday and Thursdays group at 7PM.

You’ll be doing a quick 30-minute workout with weights
💪🥵 to build strength and endurance.

You also get a:
1. Nutrition Plan
2. At-home workouts (abs and an outdoor workout)
3. An experienced trainer who will challenge you and teach you how to train safely
4. A group of people who are striving to achieve the same health and fitness goals.
5. A clean, private facility

“Actions speak louder than words” 💯

You can’t see him (the camera makes him shy) in the video, but Jenny always brings her 11 year old son to the workout with her after a long day at her 8-5 job.

She never forces him to train or has to tell him to do anything, but he jumps in there anyway because he sees his mom kicking ass!!!

He got to see her lose 30 pounds in 3 months 🤯 and he sees all the incredible improvements that she’s made in every exercise that we’ve been practicing.

Even when she’s had a long day at work and she’s tired, he sees his mom take the time to workout because it’s important for her overall health and well-being.💪❤️

By showing him what’s possible with physical training, he now fully understands the value without her having to tell him anything.

He knows it’s good for his body and his health and will likely continue to stay active for the rest of his life.

If you don’t regularly strengthen your body, it will get weaker at a much faster rate.

You get a soft, brittle structure to work with and it is more likely to collapse under any stress.

The only way you maintain muscle, strength, and durability is by resistance training on a regular basis.

So you must get that b***y to the gym and start training like your life depends on it because it kind of does 😂

Obviously, our bodies age and there’s nothing we can do about that, but the only way to slow that process down is by resistance training regularly and eating good foods! 🥩🍗🥦🥕🍅

Actions always speak louder than words. 💯

Don’t say you’re going to do something and not actually do it.

Every time you say you’re going to lose weight or get in shape or save money or quit drinking and you don’t actually do it, your behavior proves to whoever you’re telling that you are full of s**t. Especially if you sound like a broken record…🔂

Remember the saying, “word is bond”? It means you are bound by your word!
And your word means nothing if you don’t walk the walk 🚶🚶‍♀️

Learn to speak with your actions and show others that you are dead serious about changing who you are.
