Louise Hay ✨ reminding us that
Supposed, depressed and repressed
Emotions stay in our bodies and
cause DIS-ease.

⚠️*Resentment is an emotion that
Stores in the bones...
Often showing up as arthritis...

⚠️ * Guilt and shame also stores in
Our nervous systems, neurobiology.

🛑 These lowest of the low vibes
are NOT even natural human emotions!

These are projected onto us by others
Or outside forces...
Another words, they're based on
O.P.B. ~other people's belief systems.
