As January and Human trafficking awareness month comes to an end, I hope that you have learned about huamn trafficking and how you can be part of the solution.
There are ways to get involved by volunteering at local agencies that are making a difference with this population- if you want to know where and how to get connected send me a DM and I will send you local agencies.
Follwoing mood resilience therapy and sharing instagram posts, like this one, to reach and education those who may not know much about human trafficking.
Being compassionate can be a learned skill, learn to be non judgmental and caring for those in these situations.

Human trafficking is a term that is used many times in the media in different ways. It is important to know what human trafficking is so we, as a society, can be better informed and compassionate toward those who have been exploited. Human trafficking is a crime that involves the exploitation of individuals for the purpose of forced labor or commercial s*xual exploitation. It can take many forms, including forced labor, s*x trafficking, debt bo***ge, and forced marriage.
Victims of human trafficking are often lured by false promises of a better life or job opportunities, only to find themselves trapped in situations of exploitation and abuse.

Awareness Month, dedicated to raising awareness about the various forms of human trafficking and exploitation. It's a time for individuals, organizations, and governments to come together to educate the public, advocate for victims, and work towards preventing and ending human trafficking. ✨ What is balance? How do we find it? I think we are all struggling to find what helps us feel balanced with all the duties we have in life. From school, work, kids, or no kids, pets, working out, or not- we juggle all the things.
Having a balanced lifestyle is one way to feel more centered and in control of our lives. Work is usually an area that takes up most of our time. So it's important to balance that out with all the other things we find important. I have created this little worksheet to help you have a visual to find your balance.

Shame and guilt can lead to feelings of embarrassment, inferiority and unworthiness.
We all do some things we are ashamed of and/ or would rather not talk about. You are not alone.
BUT to stay in that place of feeling ashamed, will cause some affects in your well being.
Feelings of shame can lead to depression, anxiety, isolation and self loathing.
So start now, talk to someone. If you don't trust those around you- some people don't deserve your vulnerability- find a therapist to help you. breathe.

✨I know for me, being optimist is sometimes hard, because I'm a realist and tend to focus on the things could happen and have happened.
All of that, is the opposite of optimism. So- just maybe- l'm a pessimist at times. I am learning and growing to be more of an optimistic person.
✨I want to challenge you all to try to cultivate optimism in your life. One simple way to start is by noticing the good things, sharing the wins with those close to you and ultimately manifesting what you are working towards.
I personally have been trying to manifest some things to existence, such as prosperity, generational wealth, joy, peace and greatness for my kids, husband, and family. So join me and lets manifest some awesome Sh** in our lives!

✨✨✨ SELF CARE~ a word that is thrown around a lot. But how many of us actually engage in taking care of our selves on a consistent basis? AND NO, if you are like me, drinking a coffee while you run a human to sports practice- doesn't officially count a self care.
But hey if that's all we got, we'll take it.
Self care is a way to find out what brings you calm, peace, and purpose. It can be doing things you don't fully enjoy such as working out/walking/stretching, but you know they are good for your health.
Confession time- I suck at self care. BUT I am in progress and trying to prioritize me and my needs.
Lack of selfcare, can be a sign of you not prioritizing your peace & well being. So let's prioritize ourselves!
