“It is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain” and oh how we danced through the insane storms we faced!

21 years today I said “I do - in sickness and in health. ”

I’m feeling a little numb this morning thinking about the past 21 years. Today will forever be our day. I love you - forever and a day, come what may - and I would do it all over again, if it was written in the stars to do so. I will never move on - but I will hold true to my promise to guide the boys and I forward. Forward in love, joy and adventure - just as you taught us to do. 💕

I’m so humbled and grateful that I get to do what I do! Everyday, every session, every client is a gift to me. This unbelievably strong young woman has trusted me to be a part of her healing journey and I am so honored to travel it with her. So full of gratitude , joy and love. 💕

Whoosh…I was in it thick this week. From a “stop me dead in my tracks take my breath away” injury Monday to a 12 hr detoxify through tears Tuesday, to finding patience with self on Wednesday and to peacefully being guided, swayed and rocked back into my body today. Wow that’s a lot to go through in a week! Thanking my body and heart for being so beautifully in it this week even when I felt like I was being ripped apart physically and emotionally. Trusting that where I am is exactly where I am meant to be. 💕 thank you to my team that guided me through the week. I appreciate you.

Sharing this image from my beautiful friend and energy worker because it speaks so true to me.

What would it feel like to truly love self? I’ve spent a lot of time exploring this - I mean A LOT of time! Sounds simple enough - but wow I struggle with some obstacles. Everything from beating myself up for past mistakes, being stuck in fear of SUCCESS (yep- I’m not afraid to fail but dang my insides flip when I really think about the awesome that I am and can be) to putting everyone and everything ahead of my own self love and self care. I’m still a work in progress but that’s ok. Because it’s not about perfection but more about progress.

I’m different then I was a year ago and I CELEBRATE that loud! My light is shining a little brighter everyday and wow it feels good! So yes, I accept this beautiful idea of LOVING SELF!
