The harsh truth about sustaining a healthy lifestyle is that 99% of people won’t be able to sustain it long term. 🚫
I work with clients every day, and it’s very obvious to me that most people do not have the right mindset to be successful with a healthy lifestyle long term. 💭
One reason for that is because most people are looking for the shortcuts. They’re looking for the fast track and they want to do the minimum amount of work required to get the result. 🏃♀️
And I totally get it. I want the most efficient path forward as well. But the problem is there are thousands of people out there who are willing to do the work and who are willing to show up every day and are willing to dedicate the time and attention to getting results long term. 🌟
So if you’re not willing to do that, you will continue to stay stuck in the vicious dieting cycle, where you initially lose it, then gain it back.... over and over again. 🔄
In today’s world with all the technology and wonder pills where it is so easy to lose that weight, the truth is it’s not as easy to maintain. Which means your likelihood of long-term success is harder and harder to achieve. 🤷♀️
Which means to make it sustainable, you actually have to be ready to commit yourself to the inner work. 💪
If you’re just going to dip your toe in the water and dabble in this, then don’t even bother. You’re not going to make it. 🚫
