Join me for sunset in the desert, surrounded by the mountains for a guided sound meditation with the healing frequencies and vibrations of various instruments including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and guitar.

NEW MOONS OF 2021 🌑

Every 28-30 days, a new moon occurs in the sky. During this celestial phenomena, the moon and the sun align and the sun goes behind the moon so we don’t see it. They are perfectly aligned next to each other from earth’s perspective and in the same astrology sign, giving us a chance for self reflection.

The sun represents our ego and conscious part of the psyche while the moon represents the subconscious mind. As such, the new moon helps us to join and connect our consciousness and our sun consciousness. This becomes a significant time for making new and aligned decisions, because both our mental and emotional bodies are on the same page.

The new moon reminds us to find time for introspection, ground, get present, make wishes, and set plans around our intentions.

A great time to: stay open to new possibilities, meditate, set goals, and ask the universe for what we desire.

FULL MOONS OF 2021 🌕

Full moons are peak times of energy to release what no longer serves us in order to make room for new opportunities. They are opportune times for deeper reflection on the things we are grateful for and a wonderful time to also acknowledge of all we have accomplished so far.

Full moons remind us to let go, find gratitude, and cleanse our environments (mental, physical & spiritual) each month.

I breathe trust into every fiber of my being, because I love myself fully.
I trust my potential, my power, my words, and my impact.
I trust myself enough to show up and be seen.
I trust myself enough to claim what is already mine.
I give myself full permission to fully receive all of me.
I am a clear channel for the light to shine through. 💫🙏🏼

If you want to break your own heart..
If you want to make God cry..
By falling into the trap of self comparison,
Then you’ll have forgotten your own magic.

It’s not what you do that makes you unique.
It’s not how well you keep up with others.
So forget the mask..
Forget the appearances, forget the trying and
Surrender to the unique texture of your own soul.

To compare yourself is to deny your own magnificence.
To deny your own magnificence is to cut yourself off from your purpose.
And to be lacking of purpose is to live in regret.

Both the qualities you admire in others, as well as the ones that make you envious, are just unexpressed parts of you seeking an outlet.

The way that you express love, empathy, connection, success and joy will be only yours to express.
If the path that you’re on is well worn, then you are on someone else’s path.
Dedicate yourself to carving your own path.
Follow the subtle whispers of your Soul that say… “What if you tried this…?”

Know that your unique gifts are forged in the fire of adversity as a way to celebrate life’s challenges.
And devote yourself to a cause, to a Purpose, to an idea that is larger than you.

Let Grace in today.
Find the greater YES. Declare your uniqueness. And use it in service to others.
