🏃♂️ The Race to 2057: I'm In. Are You? 🏃♂️
Friends, I want to share something personal with you.
This image isn't just motivational art; it represents my actual goal. I'm 68 years old, and I'm racing toward 2057... my 100th birthday.
And I don't just want to make it to 100. I am going to SPRINT across that finish line with energy, independence, and vitality.
Crazy? Maybe. But here's what I know after 40+ years in health and fitness:
The winner of the longevity race isn't determined in the final lap; it's determined by the small choices you make every single day.
Think about it: You wouldn't wait until you're 64 to start saving for retirement at 65, right? You'd laugh at that strategy!
Yet that's precisely what most people do with their health. They wait until things break down, then scramble to fix decades of neglect.
I'm taking a different approach, the same approach I teach my clients:
Treat your health like a 401(k).
Every healthy meal? That's a deposit.
Every workout? Compound interest.
Every good night's sleep? Long-term growth.
For 30+ years, I prepared touring artists for the grueling physical demands of world stages. I know what peak performance looks like, and I know what it takes to sustain it.
Now I'm my own case study. My own proof that it's possible.
