Sometimes we just need to get another point of view about what its going on inside of us.
Working through mental and emotional chaos alone can be difficult.

I will be holding a Healing Circle this coming Wednesday March 26th at 7:00 pm
The topic: The Paradox of Human Needs
Most of us didn't grow up in emotionally supportive environments, hence we don't know how to offer it to our children or anyone around us, join us to learn to identify your needs and how to start supporting yourself and others.

➡️You need to bring a yoga mat or a blanket, a light blanket to cover yourself with.
Bring anything you need to cocoon yourself with, blankets, pillow etc, and a bottle of water.

We will use the medicine of hape (pulverized to***co) if you want to try it - helpful to relax the mind, allowing the body to enter into a deep state of relaxation.

Hibernation time is over 🐾

My season of introspection was very healing. I was able to regroup with myself, release, plan, meditate, prepare and nurture my vision. This is moon energy and so important to cultivate.

Now is time to flourish, to move forward, to act on those plans, to gather in circle again and elevate our together - this is Sun energy.

I’m launching an online course to support those that want to start their healing journey, have started and could use some more tools for introspection or to remind you of your basics if you’ve gotten stuck in the journey.

I’m elevating my rezo to clear the path, so those that need it and the course can find each other easily.
