Back in the books June 26th

We all need that rest and reset in life to give us that supercharge we need! The last few months have been rough for me mentally, physically, and health wise!

I planned and booked my vacation in January when things were great! Then headed into 2nd quarter and things went left!

But I serve a bigger God than anything I was going through! This time Last year I had working 16 hours a day 2 jobs back to back just to get my business back a float!

As a single mother running a business solo this was a very hard decision. Then I thought about life, being in burn out mode, and all the sacrifices I made to make this possible! I will come back the best version of me I’ve ever been and show up like never before for my business ❤️

The second half of 2023 is my rebirth I’m dedicated to making it the best yet! Cheers 🥂 to who the best version of myself when I come back!

Meet Devin
Devin started the CEO of your life program (1 yr) and is about to finish phase one which is the drop fat and clean gut phase.

Devin has also been incorporating 3-4 days of strength training with active rest days of 10k steps or more.

His goal for the first 30 days was to lose 5lbs and be consistent with his workouts
He has exceeded and went beyond all goals. He also wanted to be able to use the new body fat smart scale but he needed to be 400 or under. He started at 436.8 now is weighing in at 387.5.

Devin has lost 28lbs in the first 30 days now at day 65 he is down a total 50 lbs and 10 inches. I cannot wait to see where Devin will be in the next 4 months! With consistency and the right plan and ex*****on you are able to obtain any goal.

Gut health is crucial because the digestive system plays a vital role in maintaining overall health and well-being.
