The Daily Grind

Health and Fitness Inc was founded by former collegiate athletes, turned busy professionals. The struggle is real. After spending all day at the office to come home to a mad house, the kids. For these busy professionals going to the gym for an hour or so was out of the question. So, they were left wondering what do we do?

Well… That is when they discovered a better way. Their belief is that the gym is a luxury, not a necessity and most busy professionals do not have time for luxuries. Health and Fitness Inc is based around simple and effective workout routines that can be done from virtually anywhere. These workouts are generally 15-20min in length and can fit into the busiest of schedules. The series of workouts are accompanied with healthy, delicious meal recipes that can be duplicated in most cases in under 30mins. The key to a healthy balanced life is consistency. So, all of the content provided will be simple and manageable.

The founders of Health and Fitness Inc utilized these same principles to assist them in restoring their bodies back to its former glory as college athletes.
