Supporting others in their time of need is a fundamental part of our mission. Our volunteers provide assistance after hours, on weekends, and during holidays. As a public-facing hotline, your role is crucial in helping survivors find safety and access immediate resources.

Duties Include:
✨ Answering hotline calls and collaborating with law enforcement and trained professionals as needed.
✨ Providing crisis intervention, safety planning, and connecting clients with immediate support.
✨ Engaging in outreach to share resources with the community.
✨ Volunteers may be required to provide an in-person response to a hotline call.
