Create & Grow with Future Makers 🎨🪴Summer 2026 is here!

We’re so excited to partner with Clark County Parks & Recreation at Wi******er Dondero Cultural Center to bring hands-on creativity, entrepreneurship, and innovation to life this summer.

Through Future Makers, kids will explore art, business, design, and real-world problem solving in a fun, supportive environment that builds confidence and curiosity. They will also spend a week in the community garden in collaboration with learning to care for and the importance of native plants.

📅 Tuesday, July 21 – Friday, August 7, 2026
🗓 4 days per week (Tuesdays–Fridays)
⏰ 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
💲 $30 per day, per participant
🥪 Participants bring their own lunch
👧🏽 Ages 5–12 (Age 5 must have completed Kindergarten)

Why Kids Markets? 💭✨It’s about so much more than selling items. And it’s even bigger than entrepreneurship.

Yes, kids learn money management, branding, and how to create original products and services.

Those skills matter. But what really happens at our markets is this:

Kids are centered. When kids are centered, they are empowered to do it their way and their way is the way of the future. They also begin to see their futures as important to the community.

And in that space, something powerful happens.
Kids learn:

💜 Agency — I can act.
Kids take an idea and bring it to life. They see they can directly shape their own future.

💛 Creativity — I can make.
They experiment, iterate, and receive real-time feedback from a supportive community. Unlimited creativity, in motion.

🩵 Mindfulness — I can center.
They regulate big feelings, build confidence, and grow in a sensory-friendly space where pressure is intentionally dialed back.

🧡 Impact — I can change.
They raise awareness, support causes close to their heart, and realize their choices ripple outward into their community.

This is future readiness, without extraction.

It’s kids understanding:
My ideas matter.
My choices matter.
My future matters.

Our friends are offering FREE Page to Stage trial classes on December 19 & 20 🎭
Designed especially for young artists to explore acting, singing, dancing, and comedy — from idea ➝ performance.

🕙 10–11am | ages 5–8
🕚 11am–12pm | ages 8+

Page to Stage is a daytime homeschool-friendly program that runs January–May, ending with a real performance at the Notoriety Theater downtown — such a confidence-builder for kids.
