HypnoBirthing offers women safer and gentler childbirth by blending trust in the female body with the documented effectiveness of self-hypnosis (deep relaxation), guided imagery, visualization, special breathing and tension-releasing techniques. The HypnoBirthing childbirth method is as much a philosophy of birth as it is a technique for achieving a satisfying, relaxing, and stress-free method of birthing. Pregnant mothers-to-be will learn how to call upon their birthing body’s own natural relaxant (endorphins) and thus lessen or even eliminate birthing discomfort, labor pain, and the need for medication. When a pregnant woman is properly prepared for childbirth and when mind and body are in harmony, nature is free to function during labor and birthing in the same well-designed manner that it does with all other creatures. HypnoBirthing childbirth classes teach expecting mothers to release all prior programming about birth, how to trust the birthing body and work with it, as well as how to eliminate harmful emotions that lead to pain-causing fear and unyielding muscles during labor and birth. HypnoBirthing teaches the art of using natural birthing instincts and empowers women so they can create the birth they want. HypnoBirthing mothers are conversant and in good spirits while laboring and birthing their baby – totally relaxed, but fully in control. HypnoBirthing moms are aware of their body’s contractions but are able to determine the extent to which they feel the birthing surge. HypnoBirthing mothers experience birthing in an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, without fear and tension that causes pain. Their body’s natural relaxant replaces the stress hormones that cause labor pain. HypnoBirthing moms are aware of their laboring and birthing body and choose to surrender to the childbirth process. They are aware, in control, and profoundly relaxed. Teaching you at our kitchen table, making puzzles and crafts, going to the park and visiting the animals at the Springs Preserve are just a handful of the happy memories I have of your “childhood.” God will continue to light your path, and I know you’ll use your talents to do his work in this world. 18 years ago today I was on day #2 of labor with her. We’ll just say she took her time, and she was worth the wait. Blessings come to us in God’s time. Becoming a mother is the best gift I ever received. She was the first one I got to hold; the first one who locked eyes with me for the first time; the one who taught me my true strength. 💕

There’s so much JOY that comes with welcoming your baby! Soak up the precious moments. The holidays can put more pressure on parents, especially if you’re preparing for your baby’s birth at an already busy time of year. Stuff doesn’t fill our lives; our families do. 🤍✨What a beautiful weekend celebrating new life and love! Two of our cousins have big blessings coming in the next month!

🤰Our sweet Sammi will be welcoming her 4th son. 💙When you think of a GREAT mother who is present, loving and can go with the flow, that’s Sammi! Her children are so blessed to call her Mama.

The youngest of the Las Vegas Brunelle cousins, beautiful Emily Rae, will be marrying the love her life, (who we happen to ADORE) in just a few short weeks. Emily is genuinely one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Her beautiful smile lights up every room. We can’t wait to be there to support Emily and Luis when they say “I do!” 💍

If you are close to our family, you know that this year has come with a tremendous amount of loss of loved ones. Through it all, we stand together arm in arm, and keep leading with love. It’s the only way we know how to be. This year will end with so much joy, and for that I am so grateful. Congratulations Sammi & Emily Rae!

Senior & Freshman Homecoming 2025!🧡💙Makenzie’s last one and Gracie’s first! It was bittersweet sending these two girls off with their groups the other night.

I chose this song for post, because it was Makenzie’s favorite song when she was 2 🥹 She’d ask to hear “Baby just say yes” in the car and on YouTube. Watching these girls grow up is what fills my life and my heart. They’re my reason; they’re my why 💕
