Sometimes we are doing all the right things but the weight isn’t coming off; eating well, exercising, reducing calories in, following a strict diet, etc. Consider this, your body has a lot of different jobs to do. It’s main priority is being healthy and survival. If you stop to consider the things your body does to survive; breath, blood flow, organ function, fight disease, it’s pretty busy. So when you try to throw in weight loss, it says “ain’t nobody got time for that.” 😂
So what does this mean? While you’re following your strict diet, working out 7 days a week, your body is busy trying to stay afloat. And if you are suffering from any kind of autoimmune disease, chronic inflammation, hormonal imbalance, pain or discomfort, your body is busy fighting these things off.
What should you do now? The simple answer would be to get healthy. But what does this mean? It means you work on 3 key main functions: 1) Gut Health 2) Inflammation and 3) Blood sugar balance. You would be astonished at what blood sugar balance really means and what it controls. This is a major hormone. It’s hard to do these things without tools that specifically target these 3 main functions. Guess what???
