Building habits, will get you to your health and fitness goals. Make small changes consistently. Simple health tip. Drink plenty of water. The average is 50% of your body weight. So if you weigh 150 pounds, you should be drinking a minimum of 75 ounces of water 😲. If you are already drinking water, CONGRATULATIONS! If you need to add water, do it! It is the simplest habit you can form TODAY! Here are some tips to adding a healthy amount of water to your daily routine:

💧Get yourself a designated water bottle and know the ounces. This will help you know how many of these water bottles you need to drink (if you require 75 ounces and your water bottle is 32 ounces, you know you need 2 whole water bottles plus an additional 11 ounces, or round it to 2 1/2 water bottles full a day 🙂
💦Set multiple timers to remind you throughout the day to drink your water. Staying hydrated is not about drinking all your ounces at once at the end of the day. It is drinking your ounces of water throughout an entire day, every day, consistently.
🏃‍♂️Carry your water bottle with you everywhere you go. Sipping while you're waiting, walking, working, driving, etc. helps to get your ounces in.
🍋Don't like the taste of water?! No problem. Try adding natural flavor to it. Citrus flavors, such as lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, go well with water. You can use the actual fruit or essential oils. Just make sure you are using essential oils that can be ingested with nutritional/supplement facts on them.

Have you considered this, if your stumped with your weight loss goals?? 👇

Sometimes we are doing all the right things but the weight isn’t coming off; eating well, exercising, reducing calories in, following a strict diet, etc. Consider this, your body has a lot of different jobs to do. It’s main priority is being healthy and survival. If you stop to consider the things your body does to survive; breath, blood flow, organ function, fight disease, it’s pretty busy. So when you try to throw in weight loss, it says “ain’t nobody got time for that.” 😂

So what does this mean? While you’re following your strict diet, working out 7 days a week, your body is busy trying to stay afloat. And if you are suffering from any kind of autoimmune disease, chronic inflammation, hormonal imbalance, pain or discomfort, your body is busy fighting these things off.

What should you do now? The simple answer would be to get healthy. But what does this mean? It means you work on 3 key main functions: 1) Gut Health 2) Inflammation and 3) Blood sugar balance. You would be astonished at what blood sugar balance really means and what it controls. This is a major hormone. It’s hard to do these things without tools that specifically target these 3 main functions. Guess what???

We have those tools. If you’re still skeptical, think about this, what do you have to lose? And now think about this, what do you have to gain? It’s a new year and we’d love to help you with your New Year’s resolution, but why wait? Message us today!
