The spirit of cacao has been pushing me to make cacao more accessible. To do this, it has required me to push the boundaries of what some say is possible.
They said you cannot temper cacao and tht already been proven that incorrect. I had a client describe the sensations of a personal drink/daily drink that was made with tempered cacao as "euphoric". Obviously, she was able to feel it.
This week I conducted my biggest test, using a melanger. It refines the cacao by making the particle size smaller. This is required to add sweetener or any additives like cayenne and still be able to temper to make bars and such.
A lot was riding on it because it required investment in equipment to the tune of $500.ย I was so nervous, I was hesitant to start my first batch.
Well I'm grateful to say, I have now tested my first batch and was able to receive the full benefit of the psychoactive ingredients.
So now, I'll be able to make ceremonial cacao bars to take and consume anytime, anywhere. Just like a regular chocolate bar.
I'm so grateful for my connection with the spirit of cacao which has led me down this path of exploration. I'm even more grateful it means I get to share it with even more people.
