Chocolate and Coconut Protein Fudge
Serves: 12
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: N/A

Ingredients:
3 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate
15 g cocoa powder
60 g coconut oil
60 g full-fat coconut milk
60 g raisins
1 tbsp dessicated coconut

Method:
Combine the Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut oil, full-fat coconut milk and raisins in to a food processor and blend until smooth.

Line a small baking dish with cling film and transfer the mixture to the dish, smoothing down to create an even layer. Sprinkled with dessicated coconut and transfer to the freezer to set for 30 minutes before slicing.

Carbohydrate - 5.88 g
Sugars - 4.19 g
Fibre - 1.30 g
Protein - 1.72 g

No Bake Spiced Apple Protein Bars
Serves: 8 Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: N/A

Ingredients:
3 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Spiced Apple
120 g rolled oats
150 ml almond milk
30 g dried apple, finely chopped

Method:
Line a baking dish or tray with cling film and set aside. Put half the oats into a blender and pulse until smooth. Put the blended oats and the Herbalife Formula 1 Spiced Apple into a large mixing bowl. Add the milk and mix until a thick batter is formed. Stir through the dried apple and transfer the mix to the baking dish, pressing down firmly.

Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm. Cut in to 6 bars to serve.

Chocolate and Hazelnut Raw Protein Cookies

Serves: 8 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: N/A

Ingredients:
Cookies:
2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate
60 g rolled oats
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp hazelnut butter

Toppings (optional):
20g dark chocolate, melted
1 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped

Method:
Place all cookie ingredients in to a food processor and blend until combined. Separate the mixture into 8 balls and flatten to create a cookie shape.
Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and scatter the chopped hazelnuts over the cookies to serve.

Protein Banana Cream and Chocolate Microwave Mug Cake

Cook time: 1 ½ minutes

Ingredients:
2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Banana Cream
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
25ml almond milk
1 egg
10g chocolate chips

Method:
Combine all ingredients together in a mug or microwave safe bowl. Place in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, or until the cake has risen. Allow to cool slightly, then eat.

Prep time: 5 minutes, plus overnight chilling
Cook time: N/A

Ingredients:
For the overnight oats:
1 tbsp Herbalife Formula 1 Banana Cream
40g rolled oats
½ tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
100ml almond milk

Per serving (including topings)

Toppings (optional):
½ tbsp almond butter
½ tbsp chopped almonds
½ banana, sliced
Blueberries

Method:
Combine the overnight oats ingredients together in a jar and mix. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

To serve, remove from the fridge and add your toppings.

It’s always hard to keep up a healthy and active life stole because there’s a lot of different obstacle that we can encounter in a daily basis that gets us sidetrack and we start making bad choices again. Well that happened to us but the best thing about us as human beings is that we have the ability to change and to decide so now the biggest question when will you take charge of your health and life?! 😊Just think about what you really want, focus, and work hard to accomplish it!
