how do you know if you would benefit from cupping?

cupping is a form of fascia release. Similar to a massage except it uses reverse pressure from the cups to pull up on tissue and provide a stretch.

this pressure also increases blood flow and circulation to the area to help reduce inflammation

if you experience muscle tension (maybe from sitting at a desk job) or you are active and load your tissues frequently..then cupping would be a great option for you

as your fitness bestie it’s my job to tell you when you’re either being delulu or just putting blame on other people cuz you don’t wanna do the work.

It is SO easy to come up with excuses not to workout, not to go to the grocery store, not to meal prep.

if you’re a chronic people pleaser- all 👆🏽 also comes with having to put your needs above others sometimes 🫨

but being able to decipher what’s real and what is just you vs you is important! And if the thoughts you have in your head are ones you’d never tell your friends because they’d slap you and tell you you’re being a silly goose.

then that might be a you vs. you issue, girl.

UNFORTUNATELY this is very common. And it’s hearing things like this that remind me why I do what I do

the spread of fitness misinformation is WILD.
and it’s so unfortunate because it only keeps people from experiencing life-changing results!

its important to me that you as a client or even just someone watching on social media gains an educational understanding of WHY you’re doing exercises or why you’re counting macros or why you’re doing muscle recovery…

because if I cant explain why..then it’s just noise…
