REAL TALK
not moving makes you lazy
and that might sound like a no brainer
but something I hear from my clients and Iāve experienced for myself is the subtle way small tasks become MENTALLY easier.
for example:
something falls on the groundā¦
before there would be a good chunk of time where I debate just leaving it there, maybe picking it up later when I really needed something else.
then something [shifts] you get up without a second thought.
forget something in another room? Just get up and get it.
need something upstairs? Just get up and get it.
washing the dog? yup. just gonna do it.
these are small ways you get your life back that people donāt talk about. because you donāt really notice it until it starts happening!
