✨ What’s the difference between mass produce soap and our handmade soap?
I get this question a lot — so let’s talk about it in a super simple way.
Dove is actually a “beauty bar,” not a true soap.
It’s made with synthetic detergents (like Sodium Lauroyl Isethionate), fillers, hardeners, and often palm-based ingredients. These bars are formulated for mass-production and a long shelf life — nothing wrong with that, but it’s very different from what we do.
💗 Here’s what goes into our soaps:
• Organic oils and butters
• Herbal infusions
• Pure essential oils
• Natural colorants
• Lye — which disappears during saponification (a normal part of real soapmaking!)
That’s it. No palm oil, no detergents, no preservatives.
Just real oils turned into real soap — the way it’s been made for thousands of years.
Your skin can feel the difference.
Handmade soap keeps the natural glycerin inside, giving you a creamy, gentle bar that nourishes instead of stripping. 💛
If you’ve been wanting a cleaner, more natural bar for your family… I’ve got you. 😊
