It was twenty years ago when I started as a professional in retail. I was privileged to work in stores such as Casual Corner, Petite Sophisticate and Potty Barn. It felt natural to pull together multiple pieces and create something special for my customers. I was not a salesperson yet my customer service was always noted to be personal and custom tailored. Managers then began to request for me to merchandise the store front displays on my own. It was then that I found true freedom in my creative process.
