New flavor alert and I’m already putting it to WORK 👀🍪

I used the new Cookie Dough Protein Powder to make my small batch protein chocolate chip cookies and they turned out SO good… soft, gooey, and actually taste like a real treat 🙌🏻

Yesterday’s prep = this week handled 🙋🏼‍♀️

If I want to hit my macros, I have to make it easy on myself… and this is exactly how I do it.

Here’s what I prepped:
✔️ Green chile egg casseroles
✔️ Greek pita bowls
✔️ Coffee cake muffins

High protein, macro-friendly, and meals I’ll actually eat all week (so I don’t end up grabbing random snacks and calling it a day 😅)

This took one prep session and now:
✔️ breakfast is done
✔️ lunches are ready
✔️ sweet tooth = handled

This is what keeps me consistent—especially after vacation when it’s easy to feel “off.”

Post-vacation reset mode: ON 🙋🏼‍♀️

Getting back on track doesn’t mean starting over… it just means getting a few simple, high protein meals prepped and ready to go.

Here’s what I’m making this week:
✔️ Green chile egg casseroles (breakfast = handled)
✔️ Greek pita bowls (easy lunch win)
✔️ Coffee cake muffins (because balance matters 😉)

Nothing fancy. Just meals I know I’ll actually eat that help me hit my macros without overthinking it.

Serve it your way:
• Toasted buns
• Over roasted potatoes or sweet potatoes
• Lettuce wraps if you’re keeping it lighter

Macros are for the meat mixture, so you can build it how YOU need it 👏🏻

This is one of those recipes that makes macro tracking feel sustainable long-term, and that’s the goal.
