Good Morning Beautiful Souls. It's a wet morning but the sun is trying to shine through the clouds, so we'll wait and see what happens.
It's hard to. believe it's Xmas Eve already. It sort of crept up this year and today is a day of cooking and preparation for Kelly and I. Kelly loves this festive time, and says it's because she had such wonderful Christmases as a child growing up. I must admit I used to go all out, and I love the pleasure on their faces as they opened their presents. We are very aware that the PRESENCE of loved ones is much more important. and this has always played a big part in our day.
Back in the day I made Xmas cake and mince pies for days, but they have such good products in the stores these days, so I don't do it anymore. Emily is coming over tonight and we're all off to Harmony's tomorrow. I shall play ladies and drink Champagne.
It was wonderful to hear Kelly and the kids enjoying the spa pool again last night and no doubt I'll be in it myself this evening.
For those of you who are kept apart from your loved ones, because of Covis 19, or for whatever other reasons, this will pass and just be grateful that your family are well and safe, even if they're not with You. Of course they are in Spirit, and thank goodness for phones and whatever other forms of communication are out there now. I wish you all a very happy festive time.
