Cardio can be powerful and fun.

This is one of my favorite parts of training.

When cardio is rhythmic, coordinated, and driven by the music, it stops feeling like something you have to do - and starts feeling like something you want to do.

Strong effort. Big energy.
And a room full of people moving together. ❤️

My walking pad isn’t about hitting step goals.

It’s how I manage long days of sitting, client calls, and years of wear and tear on my body.

Changing positions throughout the day keeps my back, hips, and hamstrings happier - and it helps my brain work better too.

If you sit a lot, the goal isn’t perfection.
It’s interruption.

Less sitting.
More movement.
Better days.

You don’t need to overhaul your day just interrupt the sitting whenever you can.💛

When I’m stressed, unsure, or feeling stuck, I move.

Sometimes it’s a walk. Sometimes it’s a workout.
Even five minutes is enough to shift things.

Getting out of my head and into my body changes my breath, my energy, and my perspective - every time.

It’s a simple habit, but it’s one I come back to again and again.

If you’re feeling all the things today - try moving first. It doesn’t have to be long to make a difference 💛

Cardio doesn’t have to look the same every day.

Some days it’s low impact and steady.
Some days it’s more dynamic, rhythmic, and a little spicy.

When movement is paired to the music, it changes the demand -
timing, coordination, power, and flow all come into play.
Your heart works, your brain works, and the workout feels different in the best way.

What matters is choosing the right tool for the right day -
and letting your body handle both.

Today started with my keys falling straight into a sewer grate just before I taught my class🤦‍♀️

Ended with firefighters opening a manhole, walking into my class on cue to “It’s Raining Men,” and handing my keys back on camera.

The room was laughing. They were laughing. We all needed it.💛

Grateful for kind people, a great sense of humor, and moments like this that remind you how good humans can be.

Hi, I’m Michelle 👋
If you’re new here, welcome. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share what you’ll find on this page.

I’m a longtime fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coach with over 25 years in the industry. I’ve worked with major health and fitness brands, trained instructors internationally, competed at a high level earlier in my career, and owned and operated a full-scale health club for many years.

Today, my work is focused on something deeper and more sustainable.

Here, you’ll find conversations about consistent habits, strength, and resilience as life gets full, along with honest discussions about aging, longevity, and what it really takes to stay strong, capable, and confident over time. At 59, this isn’t theory for me - it’s lived experience.

I’m also a parent to two young adult children, which has given me a front-row seat to how demanding this season of life can be and why energy, structure, and strength matter more than ever.

You’ll also see:
• Live fitness classes I teach (in person and via livestream)
• Strength, cardio, and music-driven workouts designed for real life
• Coaching around structure, discipline, and follow-through - not perfection

Alongside my classes, I run a comprehensive transformation program called The P.L.A.N.
Yes, workouts are included - full access to my entire online membership is part of the program. But workouts aren’t the main driver.

The P.L.A.N. is about building structure, standards, and daily practices that help people stop starting over - and start showing up with more consistency, clarity, and confidence in their lives.

🐾 Dog mom to one very loved pup
⚡️ Living with ADHD - which is why I value systems that make consistency easier, not harder

At the core of everything I do is this belief: most people are far more capable than they give themselves credit for. Sometimes they just need structure, support, and someone who truly believes in them to help prove it to themselves.
