A little behind the scenes from a project I had the opportunity to create earlier this year…

This is a 10-minute workout series I created with BODi, designed to give people a simple, realistic place to start with strength training.

Not because 10 minutes is everything
but because it can be the difference between putting it off… and actually beginning.

I built these workouts so you can ease in, repeat them, stack them, and build over time

I’ve been working out for a long time.

And the way I train now looks a little different than it used to.

I still challenge myself —
but with more intention.
More awareness.
More focus on what actually supports my body long-term.

Not chasing quick results.
Not trying to prove anything.

Just building strength I can rely on.

And if you’re somewhere in your own process -
it doesn’t have to look like this.

You just have to stay with it long enough to get stronger.🙌

It’s not who you are that holds you back- it’s who you think you’re not.

I had a conversation with a client this morning that stuck with me.

Not about what to do -
but about whether it’s even possible anymore.

That quiet shift from
“I know what works”
to
“Maybe it just won’t work for me now.”

Different season.
Different body.
More on your plate.

And slowly, without even realizing it,
you start to question what you’re capable of.

But here’s the part I want you to hear:

Just because it feels harder…
doesn’t mean it’s not possible.

It just means it requires something different now.
More intention.
More consistency.
More follow-through.

Not perfection.
Not extremes.

Just a decision to stay in it long enough to see it work again.

So if you’ve been wondering
“Is this even possible for me anymore?”

It is.

Stay with it.

You might be closer than you think. 💛

It might look like just another workout.
But it’s more than that.

Every time you show up - especially when life feels busy, messy, or less than ideal -
you’re reinforcing something.

You’re becoming someone who follows through.
Someone who stays consistent.
Someone who takes care of their body no matter what the day looks like.

That’s not about one workout.

That’s identity.

So if you showed up today, even if it wasn’t perfect…
that matters more than you think.
