During a routine Home Watcher LV visit today, we discovered a shattered window—likely caused by a stray golf ball that went well off course and hit with enough force to break the glass.

This is not a minor issue. A broken window immediately creates a security risk and exposes the home to weather, debris, and potential interior damage if not addressed quickly.

It is my privilege to introduce this power couple, Andrea and Ka’aina Keawe. They are starting their Home Watch company in the beautiful State of Hawaiʻi. They earned the important Certified Home Watch Professional designation.

Andrea and Ka’aina grew up in Hawai'i and are the founders of Kūpono Estate Services, providing services in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi.

Andrea has an extensive background in banking and finance and is
currently homeschooling their two children. Her background cultivated a disciplined, systems-driven approach, ensuring accountability, precision, and confidentiality, which are very important skills for a Home Watch business.

Ka’aina is a 20-year veteran of the Hawaiʻi Fire Department and is currently serving as Battalion Chief. He oversees personnel, operations, and high-level emergency response strategy and coordination. His leadership is defined by preparedness, accountability, and calm ex*****on in high-responsibility environments.

With this background and experience, they have all the tools to be successful.
