Emergency add on! Daddy DermBro to the rescue tonight. My son Connor’s favorite stuffed animal, Clevers, got into a fight with a much larger dog, a German shepherd named Muffin Clevers was losing stuffing rapidly, so he came to the office for a surgical repair.
He is recovering now, and will be back to snuggling soon.

Bye bye basal cell cancer.
This patient did not want to have surgery, so I treated her basal cell carcinoma with an Nd:YAG laser 💥
🏫 I learned this technique from one of my mentors when I was still at UCSD Dermatology. It’s a great way to treat basal cell carcinomas in patients who do not want surgery. I’m glad I learned it, so I can provide it to my patients in Las Vegas.

On this Valentine’s weekend, remember diamonds 💎 are forever, but scars don’t have to be!
💥 This patient came to me hoping that I could improve the appearance of this large skin cancer scar. Although I did not perform the surgery that caused this scar, I did perform the laser scar revision.
💥 Laser scar revision is best performed sooner than later. I often treat patients at the time of suture removal. If you have a bothersome scar, do yourself a favor and schedule a consult with your local board certified dermatologist.
